What app do we use and is it free?
We use Discord, which is completely free to download. Most teen athletes already have it. Setup takes about 2 minutes and I walk you through it after enrollment.
What sports does this work for?
All of them. The mental skills we build apply to every sport and every position. I've worked with athletes across golf, basketball, volleyball, soccer, swimming, gymnastics, track, and more.
How is this different from a therapist?
This is performance coaching, not therapy. We're building tools for right now. What to do when your mind goes blank. How to shake off a bad play. How to walk into competition feeling ready.
